Describe your favorite RealMed service.
As I work with customers, or groups who are considering the RealMed service, it is always exciting to dig into their operation and really identify the issues that are most important for them to solve. Figuring out which tool is the best for their specific circumstances, and collaborating on a solution that is valuable for the practice is always rewarding.
What is your most memorable customer experience?
No matter how the deployment process goes, you’re always a little anxious heading into these meetings, knowing there has been internal resistance to change. In this case, by the time we finished the review, the client had asked how they could move all of their processes to RealMed – including things that we don’t do, like appointment reminders and credentialing.
