Do you have a favorite RealMed service? Why?

I don’t have a single favorite service. My favorite aspect of RealMed service overall is the automation of all of the functionality throughout the process and the value it brings to our clients. I am equally a fan of how RealMed can be scaled to serve the one or the many – meaning a single doctor office to the biggest and most automated healthcare systems. It is fun to see the flexibility and scalability that we can bring to our clients!


Talk about your most memorable customer experience.

My most memorable customer experience was when I was very new to the company and had a client call me a week or so after “GO LIVE” and with RealMed and quickly approaching a month end close of A/R saying there was a problem. I froze anxious to ask what had gone wrong. Too my relief and pleasure the client said that the money was coming in too fast to get posted by the end of the month! What a great problem! We then helped her realize the ability to change her processes to drive even greater efficiencies. Consulting with our clients and bringing them more than they expect is always a memorable experience!
