The most memorable experiences are when I am able to meet and talk with the users of our system. It is a great feeling to know that you can make a difference and make people’s daily work day easier.


What is your most memorable customer experience?

My most memorable customer experience was working with a client who was having a terrible time with their internally printed patient statements. We were able to get them up and running on RealMed patient statements in two weeks and relieve them of so much manual work they were doing in the office. It was great to know that our product did what it set out to do and streamline their work.
