My favorite RealMed service offering is by far our Edit Claim functionality. When RealMed first began allowing our clients to edit claims, we thought it was incredible to list all of the errors that needed to be worked. We quickly learned that RealMed needed to interpret the errors returned from the various entities into clear and concise messages so our end-users knew what to fix. We have a dedicated team at RealMed focused on providing this service.
Talk about your favorite RealMed moment.
My favorite RealMed moment was reaching the 10,000 claim transactions per day mark. It brings a smile to my face these days especially when we have exceeded processing that same number of claims within the first 1/2 hour of the day.
