The Payer Administration Portal is an internal payer management portal developed as a way to administer RealMed-provided payer services. The portal features an interface for payers to review reports and analytics, manage compliance and editing levels, communicate with their providers and monitor and track transaction processing.
RealMed utilizes a combination of Microsoft .net development and platform technologies to deliver a versatile portal solution. Secure communication with users of this administrative portal is provided via HTTPS and role based security features. Single Sign On (SSO) functionality can be facilitated between the portal and the payer user store.
